Garden

Our school site has a large, organic garden maintained through outside donations and by the hands of our students and families.  Our Garden Club (Fourth and Fifth graders) work in the garden throughout the week. Garden members along with lead teacher Ms. Calhoun work in the garden on Fridays.  Family members and children are welcomed to work in the garden after school. Please see Ms. Sinapi for access and information.

Our afterschool program, CAL LEARNS, also works to maintain the garden and support the school through healthy eating lessons and conservation.

Our garden is always seeking donations of mulch, plants, trees, and garden soil.  Nozzles, hoses and other items are also appreciated.
